Terms & Conditions

We always prioritize a client-friendly approach in our work. Our goal is to deliver projects that align perfectly with the requirements and expectations of our customers.

To maintain transparency and avoid misunderstandings, we kindly request our clients to follow the terms and conditions outlined below.

Advance Payment: Before initiating any project, an advance payment of 40% of the total contract amount must be made. Work will not commence until this payment is received.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is permissible only if requested at least 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to the commencement of work; otherwise, cancellation will not be accepted. However, in special cases, a partial refund may be issued upon discussion, deducting a reasonable amount.

Full Advance Payment Discount: If any organization chooses to make 100% advance payment of the total contract amount, they will be eligible for a 10% discount on the total contract value. This is a special offer applicable only when the full payment is made upfront.

Editing & Voice-Over Charges: There is no fixed rate for Video-Editing and Voice-Over services; the pricing is subject to change based on the complexity and requirements of the project and will be determined through mutual discussion.

Payment Deadline: The full payment must be cleared within one (1) month of the completion of the work. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

Final Deliverable Collection: The final deliverable must be collected within three (3) months of delivery. Artist Filmz will not be responsible for storage or retrieval beyond this period, and additional charges may apply for extended storage.

Revision Policy: A maximum of two (2) free revisions will be provided post-final delivery. Any additional revisions will be subject to extra charges.

Voice-Over Revisions: No free corrections will be provided for voice-over services. Once the script is approved, the voice-over recording will proceed. Any subsequent changes will require additional charges.

Travel & Additional Expenses: An estimated budget for travel and other related expenses will be provided in advance. If actual costs exceed the estimate, the additional expenses must be covered accordingly.

Right to Modify Terms: Artist Filmz reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time as necessary.
